Sweet Baby Alert: Wesley’s First Bath

I have been a bit MIA lately but that is because I’m trying to soak up as much time with my newborn Wes as I possibly can. I’m so thankful that my husband was able to take a month off to stay with me as he as been doing a great job of entertaining the boys and giving me a break when I need it. I love this family bonding time. It is going to be so hard when he goes back to work both in terms of taking care of the boys and I’m just going to miss him. Staying at home can be a bit lonely at times and I while some women want a break from their husbands, I really enjoy having him around.
It is hard to believe my baby is already more than two weeks old and I haven’t shared all that many pictures! They are long overdue so here are a couple from his first bath.
I’m am going to refrain from showing his pictures when he his screaming his little heart out as if to say, “Mommy! Why are you torturing me with this wet stuff? I’m so cold!!!!! Hold me, mommy. Hold ME!” Instead I’ll just pretend he was happy and content the whole time.
One thing I’ve gotten with each of the boys is a picture of me with them after their bath. Can you see any similarities?

LOVE IT. They all look alike in the pictures, but I think he really looks like Warren (who looks like Joe) and Lucian really looks like you. All very beautiful!!!! Love you guys!
