While special occasions are fun, I find celebrating the everyday to be even more special. My kids expect fun things for birthday parties and holidays but they certainly didn’t expect it last Sunday with I decided to surprise them with “Sunday Sundaes”. We finally have warmer weather around here and my kids couldn’t be happier about it. They spent most of Sunday playing together outside and then moved on to arts and crafts at our dining room table. I thought it was the perfect time to reward them with something extra special just because. They were super excited when I presented them with our Crunchkins™ Candy Caramel Sundaes.
I had never heard of Crunchkins™ dessert-flavored treats until very recently, but my kids recognized them right away from commercials. They couldn’t wait to try them!
These treats come in a variety pack featuring birthday cake, fudge brownie and glazed donut flavors. They have a crunchy center and easy to distinguish outer shell.
Crunchkins™ are available in a 3 oz share pack with two servings, perfect for filling up two mini baking cups. This would be such a fun but easy treat option for a birthday party or other celebration.
To really bring our sundaes to life I used inexpensive but colorful dessert bowls and spoons to continue with the party feel. Of course a sundae isn’t complete without some whipped cream and a cherry on top!
Since I don’t serve treats like these every day, my kids appreciated their sundaes even more!
They loved the nice crunch from the Crunchkins™ treats. My boys liked all the flavors but I think glazed donut was the favorite.
You can purchase them at Walmart stores nationwide at checkout. Be sure to visit Crunchkins™ to learn more.
