Take a look below at how you can get busy crafting your own.
Spooky Skeleton Party Banner
Supplies Needed:
Skeleton Party Favor Bags ($1.99 at Michael’s craft store, even less with coupon!)
Black and white polka dot ribbon (Michael’s, $1.50)
Black velvet or plain black ribbon (Michael’s, $1.50)
Scissors
Craft glue
Directions:
1. Begin by cutting a length of black ribbon that is as long as you wish for your banner to be. Lay it flat on a table or floor so you can easily glue to it.
2. Apply a strip of glue to the back of your skeleton bag. Press it to the black ribbon. Repeat the process, spacing your skeleton bags out about an inch to an inch and a half each.
3. Once your bags are attached to the ribbon, tie some polka dot ribbon in between each bag. We just made a simple knot.
Your spooky skeleton party banner is now ready to be hung. How simple was that?
As mentioned, Michael’s is the perfect place to snag these supplies. Use their money saving app to access coupons, or check your Sunday paper for coupons before you go. This will help you create the party banner for even less.
Gather your supplies and give this spooky skeleton party banner a try. It is a great way to decorate for the Halloween season, no matter type of budget.
