The countdown to the release of the Minions movie has begun in our house! Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2 are some of our favorite movies in large part to the silly antics of minions. When my boys found out there was a movie dedicated to the story behind the Minions, they were ecstatic. I’ve already been reminded several times recently from my two older boys that July 10th is the date of the release. They can’t wait to go see the movie in the theaters! If your kids love the Minions as much as mine,  you are going to love this Minions Free Treat Printable created by Amanda Carlisle. It is perfect for celebrating the release of the film or your next birthday party.Â

Minion Free Treat Printable Directions
Print out the minions free printable on card stock or adhesive sticker paper. Cut out and fold each tag.
Fill treat bags up about 2/3 of the way up the bag. How much is up to you but these bags have 5 blue gumballs and approximately 1/4 cup of candy bananas for each bag.
Place tag over the end of the bag and seal with two staples or tape if printed on cardstock.
You can easily change out the candies for others that match the Minions color scheme if you can’t find these or simply use blue and yellow gumballs. If you want to get extra creative, consider using craft googly eyes and adhering them to the front of the tag.
Use these fun treat bags as party favors for your next celebration or even as a special treat for back to school. If you’d like to avoid handing out candy, consider filling up the treat bag with something a bit healthier such as a Banana Nut Cheerios. Have fun with this easy DIY Minion snack bag!
