Wordless Wednesday – My Baby is Still My Baby

Sometimes when I think about my baby being three I get a little sad. Two years old is still a toddler but once you say three you are talking about a little boy.  Yet when I look at these pictures with Warren wearing his daddy’s baseball cap,  I can see both the little boy he is becoming and my baby boy.

He is still little. He still needs me. He still loves to cuddle and still gives me hugs and kisses all day, every day.

And he will always be my baby.

  1. Gosh he’s adorable. My little girl turned three in January and I think the same things about her. She is so independent and can do so much by herself, but she still needs me.

    Happy WW!

  2. He is so sweet! And I think that my 3 year old is still my baby. He does not generally agree with me, but he will always be my baby!

  3. I totally know how you feel….I still love that I get cuddles. Not too busy to stop and give some love.

So cute, I totally would love to have a boy some day. The hat, he’s so cute!!

  4. You are making me cry!!!

My little guy is 3, but will turn 4 at the end of the year. That is so hard for me. Some minutes he is a big independent guy… and then he cries and needs to be cuddled by his Mommy. It is an in between stage and I will miss it.

  5. I was having similar thoughts this week. My daughter will be 4 in October – where has the time gone?! I love that she still snuggles up with me after she wakes up and she cuddles in my lap to eat breakfast before I go to work. It’s the best way to start my day.

  6. He is adorable… Thank you for posting this. Next month my little guy is turning two and I am having a hard time dealing with him growing up. It is a nice reminder that he will always be my baby!

  7. Time moves so quickly. I feel like it goes by even quicker once they start school. I can’t believe my oldest is going to be going into first grade soon…crazy!
    Thanks for the linky!

  8. Mama now, now! Let that little man alone, and let him be an individual and grow as he should. He’ll always be your little boy no matter how hold he gets. I have a little baby boy too. He’s 31 yrs old this year! ~hehe~
