I’m fortunate enough to while have kids that are a pickier, they have a lot of foods they love that I can feel good about. Blackberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions

Add all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.

Serve immediately.
This recipe will make approximately two 12 oz. servings. Try substituting almond milk instead of regular milk!
