I love making roasted vegetables in the air fryer. Have you tried air fryer radishes or air fryer acorn squash? So good! I’ve roasted carrots in the air fryer in the past using whole carrots. But to make it even easier to enjoy this side dish, this air fryer recipe uses baby carrots instead. This cuts down on the prep time which is a win in my book!
