Ranch Pretzel Recipe Ingredients
These seasoned pretzels with ranch dressing mix can be made with the following ingredients:
- mini pretzels
- vegetable oil, canola oil or olive oil (I used vegetable oil.)
- Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix (not prepared ranch dressing)
- dried dill weed
- garlic powder
You can use any type of pretzel you want including pretzels sticks or pretzel nuggets. But I like to use mini pretzels. I picked up a big jar of mini pretzel twists for this recipe from my local Target and they worked great! I simply measured out 8 cups of pretzels for this recipe.
How to Make Seasoned Pretzels
Just a few easy steps are required to make these ranch dressing pretzels but I’ll still break them down step-by-step. Start by preheating your oven to 275°F or approximately 135°C. Place the oil, dill weed, garlic powder and ranch seasoning packet in a small bowl. Whisk to fully combine.
Place pretzels in a large mixing bowl or gallon sized bag. Pour oil mixture over the top and stir or shake to fully coat.
Pour pretzels onto a large baking tray. If you don’t have a large, half sheet baking tray like me, then I suggest two trays. Spread out evenly.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. You can serve them warm or cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
